Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr ‘Open World’ Trailer
Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is an open world sandbox action RPG. This video delves into Caligari Sector, the large open world where the game takes place. Neocore Games says that one of their biggest goal with the game is to “Evoke the never-ending battle of the 41st Millennium in a huge persistent open world with unprecedented diversity in an Action RPG”.
As new subsectors are unlocked, the story will progress as well, driven by the actions of the community. That will mean hundreds of hours of gameplay, which developer NeoCore Games says will avoid repetitive grind through the combination of the open-world sandbox and randomized mission design. But there will also be “specifically tailored missions” which will form the backbone of the Grand Investigations, and a separate single-player campaign set in abandoned fortress monastery.
Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One in 2017.
Check out the Trailer:
“The Caligari sector is Martyr’s open world, described as a “vast, ever-changing hunting ground” where the agents of Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor will battle the enemies of human kind. Boasting a destruction system and strategic combat, Martyr is essentially Games Workshops’ answer to Diablo.”
