Nintendo Announces Two Online Tournaments, Winner Goes To PAX East 2019
Nintendo has just announced two upcoming tournaments, players will try to win a qualification to win a trip to compete at PAX East 2019.
Join the excitement of Nintendo’s North American championships, The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate North America Open 2019 and the Splatoon 2 North America Inkling Open 2019 are open to players across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Online Event dates:Online Events start at approximately 9 a.m. PT.
The top player from each region’s Online Qualifier Final will advance to the Final Event.
- Online Event 1: Register by Feb. 2 at 9 a.m. PT. Qualifiers starts on Feb. 2, Finals – Feb. 9.
- Online Event 2: Register by Feb. 16, Qualifiers starts on Feb 16, Finals on March 2
- Online Event 3: Register by March 9, Qualifiers starts on March 9, Finals on March 16.

Players from across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico will face off online for a chance to win a trip to the Final Event at PAX East.To participate, you must register for an Online Event in your region through the Battlefy website.

The competition is open to players 13 and older in the U.S. and Canada and 18 and older in Mexico. For more information, check out the official rules.
