Publisher Hi-Rez Studios and developer Titan Forge Games recently announced a sequel to the multiplayer MOBA game SMITE, SMITE 2. A release date was not announced, but it will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Additionally, the publisher announced that players can register for an alpha test at the game’s official website. The game is built on Unreal Engine 5, and the publisher promises you’ll “find your own path to victory across item building, map control, tactical brilliance, or simply outplaying your foes. Compete in a variety of game modes, including Ranked, where you’ll climb the leaderboards.” A trailer was also revealed.
