According to a new report from Nintendo Universe, a Sonic Heroes remake is in development and will launch for Nintendo’s next console alongside PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. It will reportedly launch some time in 2025. Additionally, prominent SEGA leaker @MbKKssTBhz5 aka Midori, corroborated these claims by stating that the title “is being considered”. However, the leaker also added that they do not know if the title will be released in the next three years, and that there are no “Sonic Adventure remakes right now.” Sonic Heroes first launched in 2003, for GameCube, PlayStation 2, Xbox, and PC.
