In its recently released earnings report for the fiscal year of 2023, Sega announced that the Persona franchise sold 5.06 million units. Its worth noting that Sega released Persona 3 Reload in the same year which helped bolster sales for the series despite being on Game Pass. This data means that sales for the publisher’s other Persona games are seemingly still going strong. The report also reveals sales numbers for the publisher’s other titles. The Sonic series sold 5.92 million units in the same fiscal year. The entire Like a Dragon series sold 5.36 million units, and the Total War series sold 1.91 million units. According to several prominent leakers, Persona 6 will launch on Xbox, PlayStation, and the upcoming Nintendo Switch sequel. The latest title in the series, Persona 3 Reload launched on February 2, 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store.
