Locations

Rich Island

The remote island that Majima washes ashore on after losing his memories. A boy named Noah Rich resides there with his family.

Originally a nameless island, Noah’s grandfather took the liberty of naming it after himself. Rich Island is mostly inhabited by fishermen, but its shipping industry is poor and boats from Honolulu only stop by once every few months.

Additionally, there’s only one bar on the island—the one managed by Noah’s father, Jason. The pirates stationed on the island often stop here for a bit of R&R

A family who is from Rich Island. Jason, the father, runs the sole bar on the island, and Moana, Noah’s older sister, helps out. Three of the family’s members (and one cat) live on the island.

The family’s oldest child, Naomi, lives in Honolulu.

Madlantis

A secret island where multiple criminal organizations coexist. In a cave on the island hides a sprawling pleasure district built around a fleet of massive tankers.

It is home to the Pirates’ Coliseum, where pirates constantly engage in naval battles. Some have achieved fame and fortune through the coliseum and others have had their lives destroyed by it.

Anyone who shows promise is scouted and invited to Queen Michele’s audience chamber.

The brass of the crime syndicate that runs Madlantis.

Queen Michele rules the criminal underworld as its charismatic leader and founder of the Pirates’ Coliseum.

Mortimer is the reigning champion of the Pirates’ Coliseum and commands a grand pirate fleet as its admiral.

Raymond Law oversees all business on Madlantis and continues to generate a massive fortune.

Nele Island

A holy site of Palekana, a long-standing religious group based in Hawaii. It is home to a particularly devout group of believers known as the Haku. The island is notably larger than Rich Island and has a proper harbor. Before Hawaii was annexed by the US, Palekana established settlements all over the island. Now, ex-yakuza volunteers have taken up lodgings in prefab huts near the Palekana training grounds.

The Palekana worshipping Haku and ex-yakuza from Japan coexist on Nele Island.

Nele Island has become a dumping ground for nuclear waste due to the former Palekana Sage’s problematic legacy. To solve this issue, ex-yakuza, led by Shigaki, have volunteered to clean up the island. Among them are ex-Majima Family members Minami and Nishida, both of which are worried about Majima’s safety.
