The PlayStation Store page for the PlayStation 4 version of Red Dead Redemption has seemingly been updated with a description for an unannounced PC version of the game. The update seems to have been an error, but this suggests that a PC version is seemingly on its way. “Experience the epic western adventures that defined a generation—now on PC for the first time ever,” reads the updated description.
Earlier this year, data was pulled from Rockstar’s Game launcher, by Twitter user @Tez2, Rockstar Games may launch Red Dead Redemption 1 on PC soon. The marketing strings pulled from the data reads: “Journey across the sprawling expanses of the American West and Mexico in Red Dead Redemption, and its zombie-horror companion, Undead Nightmare, now playable on PC.” It’s worth noting that a PC release for the game has not been officially announced.
The game’s description reads:
Experience the epic western adventures that defined a generation—now on PC for the first time ever.
