“Aki City” and “Agni” Updates of La Tale are Available Now

Vertigo Games announced that the next great adventure in La Tale, begins in war and fire with the combined Aki City and Agni Updates. This massive expansion is the largest of 2017, and adds hours of new content including the fiery new Agni Class, four Instance Dungeons, several powerful gear items, bosses, maps, quests, and much more. Accompanying these additions are a number of helpful system changes, including the long-awaited introduction of Bankable Pets, and a variety of community events.

“With the new Agni Class, La Tale players can harness the power of fire and embark on a quest to take up the mantle of an ancient god. As with all other classes in La Tale, the Agni line is broken into four consecutively stronger Jobs, which all have access to their own unique weapon category, the colossal ‘Titan Pole’, plus exclusive gear items and costumes.

As this expansion is technically two content updates in one, ‘Aki City’ and ‘Agni’, the new Agni Class is accompanied by two distinct sets of new maps, quests, and bosses. In the Aki City content, players venture to the Dwarf Kingdom on the island of Marin in a race to prevent a devastating war. In the Agni content, players travel to the desert continent of Eastland to liberate a kingdom under siege from allied armies of evil. Between these two updates, there are over 110 new quests and achievements, 4 new dungeons, 6 new bosses, and 2 new field areas, in addition to several corresponding new gear items.

The highlight of the system changes made through these updates is the addition of the Bankable Pets System, which allows players to now transfer Pets between different characters. Other notable changes include the addition of two new stats, Added Damage and Damage Amplification, the new ‘Charm’ item category, and a variety of balancing changes to existing classes, dungeons, and monsters.

Finally, along with the updates, there are several in-game events and special sales taking place that feature helpful items to get a head start on the new Agni class and expansion content.
