According to a recent report from Insider Gaming, Microsoft is set to host an Xbox Developer Direct event sometime soon in the coming weeks. The outlet also mentions in a recent report that the event may be held on January 14, but that date may not be concrete. Additionally, according to a recent related leak by Spanish YouTuber eXtas1s, the event may include updates on Ninja Theory’s Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 and Towerborne, and may even feature a surprise announcement of Double Fine Productions’ next game. It’s worth noting these claims have yet to be confirmed by Microsoft or the developers, but several signs hint at a possibility. Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 will launch for Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store and will be an Xbox Game Pass title. In Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2, Senua returns “in a brutal journey of survival through the myth and torment of Viking Iceland.”
