Apex Legends is truly a big competitor for Fortnite in Battle Royale genre and it seems Respawn Entertainment will follow a supporting system for the game similar to what Epic Games does for Fortnite. As you’ve found out so far, Apex Legends is based on a seasonal format in getting new contents and as rumors pointed out recently, the game will receive a Battle Pass for Season One, which finally leaked accidentally on Origin.
According to a Reddit user named luisconcecion18, image of Battle Pass has been posted for a short time on Origin. Although it’s been removed by now, the time was long enough to take a screenshot and get a lot of information on different aspects of Battle Pass, except the date of release.
Apex Legends Season One Battle Pass will cost you 950 Apex Coins that equals to approximately 10$. It will also add a new legend to the roster as well as new weapons and unique items. Aside from revealing of Octane during this leak by EA itself, dataminers have recently discovered a bunch of files pointing to 10 upcoming heroes for the game in further updates.
