and ArcheAge: Unchained are receiving a new brand-new dungeon and hard mode difficulty.
The dungeon comes in time for the holiday season in an instance called Mistsong Banquet, where players “use Dimensional Cannon to relieve stress over the holidays while sending twenty monster waves to hell.”
Moreover, another instance (Fall of Hiram City) requires “a group of 20 players [to] lead the lost Refugees to a safe cave while fending off starving beasts. Thanks to the update, players can now also vote for the instance’s new Hard Mode.” If a minimum of 15 players vote to tackle the content on Hard Mode, the forested instance area will be covered in fog and darkness.
In addition, the Synthesis Event will allow players to upgrade their equipment “over the next weeks and save their hard-earned gold.”
Furthermore, the latest update implements the Snowball Arena—a 3v3 arena where the objective is to destroy ice bubbles, and players can choose one of the following buffs at the beginning of the match:
The following rewards can be earned from the Snowball Arena:
The snowballs can be converted to Winter Festival Coins, which can be used to unlock the following rewards in ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained:
The rest of the patch notes can be found on the official ArcheAge blog.
