Arkane Studios’ Deathloop Revealed

Arkane Studios’ Deathloop Revealed

It would seem that Arkane Studios, the developers of Dishonored are making a stylish action-shooter called Deathloop. As the game got pemiered during Bethesda’s E3 2019 conference, it follows the adventures of two assassins who are hell bent on trying to kill each other, except they do, but don’t. You see the gimmick of this game is that every time the characters kill each-other, they simply loop through a time loop and must kill each-other again.

The game takes place in a region called the Black Reef wish is apparently dominated by a ring. The characters, Colt and Juliana, are both have their reasons for living in the black reef. Apparently the area is in full anarchy as Colt views the Black Reef as a prison, while Juliana loves the chaos and wishes to stay with the neverending death cycle.

While the gameplay details are a bit sparce as actual gameplay has yet to be revealed, it can be assured that there will be tons of gunplay, ability to handle any situation any way you want, and the level designs will be brilliant. We’ll probably fight the psychopathic inhabitants and Guards of the Black Reef that may get in the way fo both characters’ goals. Either way there’s no a whole lot Arkane revealed for this interesting, mysterious, and bombastic new game.

However the game turns out to be, Arkane promises that the game will be, “really fucking cool.” The game has no set release date nor a reveal for what platforms the game will take place on, but it can be assumed that it will be available on the PC and hopefully the game will be available on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 as well.
