According to a recent report by Insider Gaming’s Tom Henderson, the previously rumored Assassin’s Creed IV remake is closer to launch than previously expected. According to the report, the remake is set to launch in a little over a year from now in November 2025. The upcoming multiplayer title Assassin’s Creed Invictus will also launch in the same month. However, with the recent delay of Assassin’s Creed Shadows, that launch may be internally delayed as well. The report cites an internal email from Ubisoft Vice President and Assassin’s Creed producer Marc-Alexis Côté. The email notes that the delay “will also impact the rest of the Assassin’s Creed roadmap”. None of these claims have been confirmed by Ubisoft. Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag launched in 2013 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
