Borderlands 4 Will Launch With Cross-Play Support

In a recent interview with Famitsu, Gearbox Entertainment head Randy Pitchford confirmed that Borderlands 4 will feature cross-platform multiplayer support at launch. The developer previously confirmed the title will also include two-player local splitscreen support. Borderlands 4 will launch sometime in 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam.  Borderlands 4 “brings intense action, badass Vault Hunters, and billions of wild and deadly weapons to an all-new planet ruled by a ruthless tyrant.”
