Treyarch and Activision announced today that Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, the direct sequel to the iconic original Black Ops game will be available on November 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and next-gen consoles in late 2020.
The new game will feature its main Campaign mode while also delivering “the next generation of Multiplayer and Zombies experiences”, the worldwide multiplayer reveal of Black Ops Cold War is scheduled to take place on September 9.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will drop players into de depths of the Cold War’s volatile geopolitical battle of the early 1980s. In a gripping single-player Campaign, players will descend into the dark center of a global conspiracy alongside iconic characters Woods, Mason, and Hudson, as well as a new cast of operatives to stop a plot decades in the making.
Black Ops Cold War
will be available on three options, Standard ($59.99 MSRP), Cross-Gen ($69.99 MSRP), and Ultimate Digital Editions ($89.99 MSRP). Activision confirmed that all digital editions include the Confrontation Weapons Pack.
The ultimate edition of Black Ops Cold War features the cross-gen feature and the “Land, Sea, and Air Pack,” and the Battle Pass Bundle (includes 20 immediately activated Tier Skips) to purchase a Battle Pass for any post-launch Season of Black Ops Cold War.
The “Land, Sea, and Air Pack” is a robust nine-item bundle containing three Operator skins, three vehicle skins, and three developer-crafted weapon blueprints to confront the enemy across three domains of warfare.
