Three years after Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Infinity Ward is back again with a soft reboot for one of the most memorable trilogies of the industry. Modern Warfare is back and we really want to know how the story will go for the series after the events of MW3. To find out, we need to have a look at Modern Warfare’s campaign, which the developer says will be announced soon.
According to Taylor Kurosaki, narrative director behind Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, there’s a trailer for the game’s campaign and it will be “coming up soon.” Two months ago at E3 2019, Infinity Ward showcased a gameplay footage from the game’s campaign missions behind the closed doors. While Kurosaki didn’t mention anything special, we could hope that at least we will be getting that footage along with a brief trailer to provide us a general look at the plot.
A few days ago, Infinity Ward officially revealed the multiplayer part of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare with an exciting trailer and tons of gameplay footage.
The game will be available on October 25 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is available now
Grand Theft Auto 6 will launch in fall 2025.
A Nintendo Switch trailer was also released.
