Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Launch Trailer Showcases the Huge Chaos Ahead

Captain Price and his expert comrades are a to make a comeback in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, eight years after their epic battle against Makarov. The upcoming Call of Duty title from Infinity Ward has much more to add to the series with the team behind it using a whole new engine in current generation for the first time, while getting rid of some old features like Zombie mode. The newly released launch trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is Activision’s last chance to make you trust the new entry and pre-order the game.

With a special focus on the game’s story-driven campaign mode, the launch trailer shows-off some breathtaking moments and thrilling set-pieces in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare that you’re going to deal with as Captain Price. Set in the fictional lands of Urzikstan, you are going to help out the country’s Liberation Force in order to get rid of a dangerous group which has stolen some deadly chemical weapons. Like all of the previous Modern Warfare titles, the new soft reboot campaign will take place in different locations of the world, though the main part of the story will be happening at Urzikstan.

Speaking of the game’s multiplayer part, it has been made up of both oldschool and innovative modes which brings an impressively enjoyable experience thanks to its fast-paced and smooth shooter mechanics and movements. Despite lacking Battle Royale, Modern Warfare features a Battlefield-style Ground War mode as well, in which up to 100 player are going fight against each other in two teams.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will be arriving on October 25 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. the game will be featuring input-based cross-play matchmaking at launch.
