October has always been a crowded month for publishers to launch their titles and this year is no exception. While Ghost Recon: Breakpoint and Grid are now available at stores, The Outer Worlds and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been aimed to get released later this month. With all of the titles being multiplatform, it would be a big deal for PC gamers to provide enough storage space on their systems for all the upcoming games. The problem even gets worse, when you know that Modern Warfare is going to require nearly 200 GB of free space.
According to the official PC system requirements for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the game will need at least 175 GB of free space on your hard drive to get installed. With the PC version requiring such a huge number, it seems the console edition will also occupy over a hundred GB of free space, though console versions usually require less space than PC iteration.
Aside from the required space, you’re going to need at least an Intel Core i3-4340 or an AMD FX-6300 processor along with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 or an AMD Radeon HD 7950 to run the game at its lowest preset. It’s worth noting that your graphics card must support DirectX 12. Moreover, the system has to be geared with 8 GB of RAM memory.
However, if the minimum requirement system isn’t a challenge for your PC, check out the Recommended system below to see whether you will be able to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare at the highest quality.
Activision will be launching Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on October 25 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
