Capcom is Considering Remakes For Non Numbered Resident Evil Games

According to a statement in a recent general shareholder Q&A, Capcom is considering remakes of non-numbered Resident Evil Games. When asked about its plans for more remakes in the series, specifically if the remakes will be for numbered entries alone, the publisher responded that it was “carrying out discussions regarding the future expansion of this series so it can be enjoyed by a wide audience.” Several fans of the series have expressed interest in a remake of Resident Evil Code: Veronica. The game launched in 2000 for the Dreamcast, and a remaster launched on September 27, 2011 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
