has developed two games in the Life is Strange universe so far, Life is Strange: Before The Storm and the upcoming Life is Strange: True Colors. Similar to Before The Storm, the studio has announced that a DLC episode, entitled Wavelengths will be available through the deluxe edition of the game.
This episode will revolve around Steph, who appeared in both games, and will act to bridge the gap about how the character came from Arcadia Bay in the prequel series and arrived in Haven, prior to Alex’s arrival in True Colors. Steph is set to act as a romantical option for Alex through the course of her story, so if you are already out to romance her in makes sense you might want to explore more of her past.
Disclaimer – This information has not been verified, therefore this is not factual.
According to data miners, this chapter which will feature Arcadia Bay as a setting before Steph travels to Haven will feature Chloe Price in some capacity. Not much is known about the DLC so it is unclear just WHERE in the timeline this appearance will be. Since she was not present in the original game it is most likely that it will be set between Before The Storm and the original.
Other rumors have suggested that this encounter will be dependant on the ending players got in the first game, with Mikey appearing as a replacement for her. Both studios have gone on record stating that there is no canon ending to the original game.
Since a remastered version of both the original games will be releasing close to Life is Strange: True Colors I will not go into anything more since it is a perfect time for players to experience the full narrative. Life is Strange: True Colors will release on September 10th with Life is Strange: Remastered Collection releasing September 30th.
