Control New Trailer Shows-off the Opening Minutes of the Game

The next project for Remedy Entertainment is on the way to launch later this Summer and the fans are really hyped for the upcoming story-driven journey generated by Sam Lake and his team at the Swedish studio. Control will be their seventh title through the whole years of developing video games and the first multiplayer title after 2003’s Max Payne 2. The game has received many trailers and footage so far, but the new one, reveals 13 minutes of its opening.

As Sam Lake has mentioned many times so far, the game’s story and direction is heavily inspired by David Lynch’s Twin Peaks series and the opening cut-scenes of the game prove it completely. Control starts from the point that Jesse Faden enters to the Federal Bureau of Control or The Oldest House. While things out of the building seem to be fine, though heavily dark, inside of the building you’re going to experience a real strange atmosphere, filled with mysterious characters and vague dialogues.

As you progress through your way in The Oldest House, you get learn how to use the game’s mechanics such as shooting and fighting against enemies.

Throughout the whole footage, Control’s stunning graphics and mesmerizing lighting never let you to take your eyes off the screen and get board of the game’s environment, especially when the RTX feature is on. Here you can check out the trailer:

Control is set to be launched on August 27 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
