Control Spin-off FBC: Firebreak Announced For PC and Consoles

Remedy Entertainment has announced FBC: Firebreak, a co-op FPS set in the Federal Bureau of Control from the Control series. The game was previously codenamed “Project Condor”. The game will launch sometime in 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. It will also be available as a PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium title and Game Pass Ultimate title day one. An announcement trailer was also released. The game follows Firebreak—the Bureau’s “most versatile unit—has the gear and the guts to plunge into the building’s strangest crises, restore order, and blast their way back from the brink.”

The game’s details via the developer:

FBC: Firebreak is a cooperative first-person shooter set within a mysterious federal agency under assault by otherworldly forces. As a years-long siege on the agency’s headquarters reaches its boiling point, only Firebreak—the Bureau’s most versatile unit—has the gear and the guts to plunge into the building’s strangest crises, restore order, and blast their way back from the brink.
