Crema Games, the studio behind Immortal Redneck, has announced Temtem, a massively multiplayer creature collection adventure game inspired by Pokemon. Platform(s) were not announced.
“Seek adventure at the lovely Airborne Archipelago along your Temtem squad,” reads the teaser trailer’s YouTube video description. “Catch every Temtem, battle other trainers, customize your house, join a friend’s adventure or explore the online living-world.”
Based on the early gameplay footage featured in the trailer above, Temtem definitely has some Pokemon inspiration behind it, with a number of human characters and strange Temtem style creatures. It’s unknown if you can, ahem, “catch ‘em all” just yet, but that appears to be the case. At least the graphics have a certain level of charm, and it sounds like the music is about on point with the theme. We’ll probably have more details about what Temtem has to offer once the Kickstarter goes live in just a few weeks.
A Kickstarter campaign for Temtem will go live on May 29.

Crema was formed in 2009 where it began developing for mobile platforms. Instant Buttons was its first app which to date has surpassed 20 million downloads. The company was then incorporated in 2012 when its focus shifted to making top quality mobile games. It’s two big productions, Oh My Goat and Ridiculous Triathlon, were both featured by Apple on the AppStore and were both publicly and critically well received. Oh My Goat also achieved great success in China where it was featured on a number of App Stores amassing over half a million downloads. Crema is now focused on PC and console development with Immortal Redneck being its debut title on these platforms.
