Teyon, a Polish developer and digital publisher, announced their new indie label, created to help indie developers release their titles on major platforms and in all regions: North America, Europe and Japan. The first title in the line-up is Cubers, an exciting arena brawler and twin stick slasher, coming next year to PC via Steam, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. The game is being created by a talented developer Tomasz Dziobek, who’s been working in the gaming industry for 10 years now.
Check out the gameplay video of Cubers, featuring some gameplay footage:
“Control a character sold into slavery by his family, who has to defeat a master of gladiators to reclaim his freedom. On your path to victory, you will fight waves of enemies, one after another, using variety of weapons, armory and skills. The game offers a unique friendly fire system allowing your opponents to hurt each other, which adds plenty of tactical options. There are many types of enemies and trap combinations on 4 arenas, each with a unique theme, atmospheric effects, destructible environment and a challenging boss fight at the end.
Features:
On upcoming weekend October 6-8th, Cubers will be presented for play during hands-on-events at PGA – Poznań Game Arena 2017, the largest computer games and multimedia entertainment fair in Poland.
The show attendees, who visit Tomasz at his booth #12 in Pavilion 5, will be able to play 2 modes of the game. The campaign mode will allow participants to compete on two arenas, and those who can defeat the final boss will be awarded with a gift! Another competitive versus mode will allow 2 players to duel arm in arm, for the top high score. Apart from presenting the demo, Tomasz would like to talk with everyone interested in the game and the development process.”
