Dark Souls 2 and Armored Core: Verdict Day Online Servers Will Shut Down

FromSoftware has announced that the online servers for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Dark Souls 2 and Armored Core: Verdict Day will shut down on March 31, 2024. The developer also confirmed that Dark Souls 2’s online functionality will remain active for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, and that single player will remain unaffected for both games. Dark Souls 2 first launched on 11 March 2014. It is available now for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.  Armored Core: Verdict Day launched on September 24, 2013 and is only available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
