Dead Or Alive 6 Beta Available Now
We recently had the news that Koei Tecmo had delayed the launch of Dead Or Alive 6, along with the delayment came a series of tweets teasing about a chance to test our skills, we all thought a demo might be on its way.

But we surely didn’t hoped to be released so soon as today Koei Tecmo has surprised PS4 owners, the Dead Or Alive 6 Beta testing is now available for download on PS4 and it’s playable until January 14th.

In a tweet announcing the beta, Koei Tecmo did not mention platforms, leading many to believe the test would be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, as with the full game. However at present the beta only appears to be on the PlayStation Store, not the Xbox or Steam equivalents. Five characters are included in this free pre-release version: Kasumi, Ayane, Hayabusa, Hayate, and new fighter Diego.

Dead Or Alive 6 is be releasing worldwide on March 1, 2019, originally scheduled for a February 15, 2019 release it was delayed is due to the developer’s desire to further enhance and balance the hotly-anticipated fighting game. Read below the reasons of its delay:
“The title’s development is already near complete; however, we would like to take more time to further polish its balance, gameplay, and expressivity. In return for your patience, we commit to bringing you the best DEAD OR ALIVE gaming experience,” said Yohei Shimbori, the game’s Producer and Director. “I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the release delay of DEAD OR ALIVE 6.”
DEAD OR ALIVE 6 is currently in development for the PlayStation4 Computer Entertainment System; Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft; and digitally on Windows PC via Steam.
