Death Stranding Gameplay Detailed on PlayStation UK

24 hours ago Death Stranding was like an unknown phenomenon for most of us but now we have enough information to talk about its story and gameplay, and also make theory’s that are so close to what Kojima has planned to challenge our minds with.

After watching the new trailer for several times, now you better check out PlayStation UK for some new official information on Death Stranding, especially its gameplay features that seem to bring a whole new mechanics to the genre or might set structures for a new genre like how Kojima says on his Twitter.

According to the director of the game, Death Stranding is not a stealth game nor a third person shooter. It’s an action game with huge dependency to “connection” which is a new element in the game that affects the whole gameplay. So you can simply call the genre Strand Game or Social Strand System.

Aside from Kojima’s tweet you better check out the images below that gives a glimpse to the game’s missions and gameplay features. Thanks to the world created by Decima engine, you can explore a super realistic world with beautifully crafted environment through your deliveries around a country that has been torn apart and now it’s on you to reunite it again. While you are tasked to deliver certain suitcases, you will have to find passable paths or make them yourself, which are going to be a new kind of challenge for you.

Say farewell to Gameover screens at Death Stranding, since the game uses a new system in this case. Whenever you die in the game, you will appear in an upside down world and you will have to find a way through paths surrounded by Beached Things. Finally, you will be able to help other players through a different and slightly complicated way to find safe ways and share your supplies with each other.

Death Stranding will be coming on November 8 to PS4.

We will update you on the game’s information as soon as we get new details on it. Until then, follow Gaming Instincts on Twitter to get news faster than anywhere else.
