There are less than 90 days left until we get our hands on Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding, but it seems the Japanese director still have more surprises for us to reveal before the game launches. We all were assuming that Death Stranding is a PlayStation 4 exclusive title, but with the lack of “Only on PS4” badge on the box art of the game, some rumors started popping-up in internet pointing out the game will be coming to PC as well. Recently, another clue has strengthened the aforementioned rumor.
Kojima Productions has been revived after its departure from Konami. Sony’s golden offer was accepted by Kojima and the studio started to make its first title after Konami, which we all were thinking of it as a PlayStation exclusive title. However, now, Death Stranding has been removed from PS4 exclusive titles in all PlayStation websites of the world. So, it’s not a mistake by a certain person in a certain place.
Presumably, if there would be something about the game’s launch on other platforms, it will be announced on Death Stranding’s new showcase at Opening Night Live on August 19. A show by Geoff Keighley where Kojima will also make an appearance.
