505 Games, developers of the PC version of Kojima Production’s Death Stranding has just announced a collaboration with CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077. Players will see new missions featuring characters and lore from Cyberpunk 2077, in Death Stranding Version 1.05.

The crossover also introduces a new Hacking function that lets Sam Bridges target enemy machines and applies negative status effects. Players can now stop Mule sensor poles from activating for a period of time, stun enemy Odradeks, and even short out the electronics in Mule trucks to prevent them from moving.
Death Stranding arrived on PC in June, the port includes new features like Photo mode, high frame rate mode, ultra-wide monitor support, and exclusive content from Half-Life.
Death Stranding is developed by Kojima Productions, the game was one of the most anticipated projects of the last decade. Starring Norman Reedus as Sam Bridges, the game takes place in the future, where mysterious explosions have rocked the planet, setting off a series of supernatural events known as the Death Stranding. With spectral creatures plaguing the landscape, and the planet on the verge of mass extinction, it’s up to Sam to journey across the ravaged wasteland to save mankind from impending annihilation.
