DELTARUNE Chapters 3 and 4 Will Launch in 2025

Undertale and Deltarune creator tobyfox announced on a Halloween post on his Twitter account that DELTARUNE Chapters 3 and 4 will launch in 2025. As previously announced, Chapters 3, 4, and 5 will be paid releases when they launch. Chapters 1 and 2 are currently free across PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and itch.io.

The full announcement:

“I’m very eager to show you what we’ve made since 6 years ago. Chapter 3&4 will 100% come out in 2025. The specific time is still relying on localization and console porting. Please hear me clawing at the door trying to escape the shallow coffin I have been buried in.”

The game’s details:

The award-winning indie RPG, UNDERTALE, expands the series with a brand new game… in a different world! Create your own avatar, meet strange friends, and jump into the darkness. The first two chapters are free, so what are you waiting for? And more (paid) chapters will come out as soon as we finish them, so keep an eye out! For years!

Undertale details:

Welcome to UNDERTALE. In this RPG, you control a human who falls underground into the world of monsters. Now you must find your way out… or stay trapped forever.

features:

Killing is unnecessary: negotiate out of danger using the unique battle system.
Time your attacks for extra damage, then dodge enemy attacks in a style reminiscent of top-down shooters.
Original art and soundtrack brimming with personality.
Soulful, character-rich story with an emphasis on humor.
Created mostly by one person.
Become friends with all of the bosses!
At least 5 dogs.
You can date a skeleton.
Hmmm… now there are 6 dogs…?
Maybe you won’t want to date the skeleton.
I thought I found a 7th dog, but it was actually just the 3rd dog.
If you play this game, can you count the dogs for me…? I’m not good at it.
