Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost Arrives Announced

Bungie’s Halloween celebrations will arrive next Tuesday, October 6 for Destiny 2, when Festival of the Lost is live adding new items and bounties.

Eva Levante has returned as the herald of the Festival of the Lost. This holiday is a time for Guardians to indulge their sweet tooth, don irreverent masks, and celebrate the memories of those we have lost.
The Pyramid ships loom, Europa awaits, and Darkness beckons. But for now, return to the Tower, grab some candy, and remind yourself what you’re fighting for.

Bungie confirmed that this year’s festival will feature some weapons, exotic cosmetic rewards and a improved Haunted Forest for players to explore. Guardians will have to go to the Tower and talk to Eva Levante who will grant the player access to this’s year celebrations of Halloween. Eva will give the player a new mask to join the festivities and the access to the Haunted Forest.

Check this trailer down below:

The Haunted Forest is open once again, and this time, The Spider wants to bargain for your cooperation. Meet with him, line your pockets with Cipher Decoders, and then race the clock within the dark corridors of the Haunted Forest. Keep your wits about you and there may be more than one treasure chest waiting for you at the end.

Players can get special themed-costumes via a new line of armor ornamets, even the Ghosts will receive new content in the new update.

Embody the spirit of the festival with a new line of spooky universal armor ornaments that will bring out your inner ghoul. Hop on your broomstick, make sure your Ghost equips their witch hat, and if your Ghastly Durance doesn’t scare your enemies to death, try using the new One-inch Punch Finisher.
