Square Enix and Eidos Montreal have also revealed the inclusion of”Breach,” an arcade shooter mode which will be included free with Adam Jensen’s latest adventure, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
Described as an “innovative game mode,” Breach challenges players to take on the role of a Ripper, a hacker in the 2029 with the objective to steal and sell highly classified corporate data by infiltrating some of the world’s most secure servers. Players will use the loot that they acquire to upgrade their avatar’s skills and arsenal, much like the main game with booster packs being made available.
A live game mode, Breach will enable players to team up with or challenge their friends, with regularly rolled out updates to complete new challenges and features.
