Capcom’s Producer Matt Walker recently revealed that Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition would include new features for the Nintendo Switch.
The previously announced features has been explained by Matt Walker. Nintendo Switch fans of the stylish action game will be able to change between combat styles on the fly.
The newly confirmed seamless style switch option will allow players to choose between the six combat styles, four of which wll be available to start, the other two are unlocked as the player progress.
This gameplay feature allows for more fluid combat options and more challenges to reach the SSStylish combos. Capcom promises a sneak peek at the new gameplay feature will be shown on livestreams all across social media channels.
Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition brings the full stylish action package to Nintendo Switch, offering the addition of Vergil as a playable character and the 9,999 floors of the “Bloody Palace” survival mode. The system’s handheld mode offers the added flexibility of playing on-the-go for the first time.
Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition serves as a prequel for the iconic action series, unfolding years before the original Devil May Cry. This origin story explores the journey leading up to and culminating in Dante’s face-off against his twin brother, Vergil.
Dante must use his trademark sword Rebellion and dual pistols Ebony and Ivory to stop Vergil from unlocking a gate to the demonic realm and infesting the world with demons.
Announced last year , gamers will discover new bits of lore surrounding iconic series characters, such as the first encounter with Lady—a human Devil Hunter who is both a supporting character and boss in Devil May Cry 3: Dante’s Awakening. Moreover, players will learn how Dante’s shop began and why the series is called Devil May Cry.
Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition, is now available for pre-order, more information on the “remaining additions will be available on January 30 and February 13.
