Diablo IV – Release Leaked Before Blizzcon

The clock is ticking for Blizzard with Blizzcon under two weeks away as the company has been under an insane amount of fire as of late. As we all know, last year’s Blizzcon was nothing short of a complete disaster. Here we are a year later and things haven’t gotten better, in fact, have gotten worse for the once acclaimed company. 2018’s Blizzcon came with the now-famous announcement of Blizzard’s Diablo Immortal, which was met with more disappointment than even I expected. To this day Blizzard fans still talk about last year and the absolute blunder that entailed. 2019’s Blizzcon will have all eyes on it and fans are expecting certain announcements of games and if Blizzard falls short, who knows what will happen? Perhaps we’ll finally get that Diablo IV announcement.

We reported a few days ago that Blizzard actually plans to announce Overwatch 2 at Blizzcon. Which I feel could be a tad premature given Blizzard just released the original Overwatch on the Nintendo Switch. This isn’t the only leak we have floating around though as an advertisement has leaked a second game that could potentially be announced at Blizzcon. Diablo IV was the game everyone was expecting to be shown at Blizzcon last year but it sounds like Blizzard will give us news on the fourth installment at this year’s Blizzcon. Based on a description for an Artbook in addition the description directly mentions artwork from Diablo IV. You can check out the down below.

In my humble opinion, this is a no-brainer for Blizzard if they actually gave us nothing on Diablo IV AGAIN, I think pandemonium would ensue. In my eyes Blizzard needs to have more big news than this, with all eyes on them, they need to blow the audience away. What do you think of the Diablo IV listing? Do you believe it? Moreover, do you believe the announcement of Diablo IV is enough to get back into players’ good graces? Let us know and make sure you follow Gaming Instinct on Facebook and Twitter.
