Co-creator and face behind NetherRealm Studios Ed Boon has sent social media into a tailspin as he hints at a possible reveal of upcoming fighters for Mortal Kombat 11. The game released just over a month ago keeping fans busy with learning all aspects of the main roster of fighters, so far.
A recent tweet sent out by Boon at the end of the fighting game dedicated event Combo Breaker teases that there’s a good chance we’ll be receiving a look at who else is to come to the Mortal Kombat 11 roster alongside the already announced Shang Tsung DLC.
While there’s no specific date in tow for when the reveal could come, he also expressed that all must go well in order to drop the reveal. We’re not exactly positive what he means by this, most likely something internally, but we’re definitely keeping our fingers “krossed”.
There’s already tons of speculation as to who may be included in the DLC fighter pack, most notably Spawn, Mileena and Reptile among the most requested. Be sure to stay tuned for the expected reveal on who will be joining the MK11 roster.
