Dominari Tournament Now Available on Steam Early Access

Dominari Tournament – a refreshing take on the 4X real-time strategy genre – is launching today on Steam Early Access! A sprawling, fast-paced war game that includes hardcore AI for solo play and slick online multiplayer, Dominari Tournament offers strategy fans unforgettable skirmishes fought over symmetrical random maps – delivering a timeless, “edge-of-your-seat” real-time experience unlike anything else on Steam.

The universe – out there, bound to be taken by a single focused power. Leaders of successful empires have decided it’s their turn … once and for all. With all sharing the same agenda and modus operandi, conflicts rage for eons, wars are waged for sport – and destruction ensues. The universe requires a ruler. Will that be you?

eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, and eXterminate
In Dominari Tournament – created by indie studio Tiny RTS – your job is to conquer a defined sector of the galaxy. Like other similar games such as StarCraft and the Civilization series, you’ll start in one corner of the space map to manage your forces, build your resources, and defend your territory. Click and drag with the left mouse button, and you’ll send all the fighters to a planet within range; use the right button, and you’ll send half of them. If you have more fighters than the target planet, you’ll conquer the territory and get that planet’s resources – as long as you control it with superior numbers of fighters.

Add various satellites to your possessions – like the Orbital Defense Station, which lets you see farther out into the system. Manage your economy and expand into the system – constructing Low-Orbit Construction Facilities to increase the output of planets in range. There are plenty of defensive systems, too – including the Global Phase Array, which will destroy five enemy fighters on their way to take over your planets. Oh, yes – there are enemies … and they want your planets, too!

“With Dominari Tournament, we wanted to make a strategy game that never gets old no matter how many times you play,” says Ken Florentino, co-founder of Tiny RTS. “We built the game of our dreams – an RTS that can be played in about the same time as a round of blitz chess while still incorporating the twitch gameplay found in genre staples like Counter Strike: Global Offensive. We’re now finally ready to share Dominari Tournament with the world!”
