Doom Eternal Gets New Demon Called Doom Hunter

Dear Slayers, good news here! There is going to be a new demon in Doom Eternal for you to tear apart; a handsome one. Doom Hunter officially revealed during QuakeCon 2019 as the new boss fight in the series that doesn’t seem so kind but instead he’s using some cutting-edge equipment.

Doom Hunter is one of those big demons and its good, because you can aim him easily, but unfortunately, it means you’re going to shoot tons of bullets at him while he’s still yelling at you. The handsome guy is floating on the air thanks to his hovercraft-like feet, while chasing you with a burning chainsaw on the left hand. When it comes to his face, Doom Hunter becomes one the scary demons, especially when you look at his metal-covered eye. Here you can check out the demon’s announcement trailer:

Doom Hunter will be available in both campaign and Battlemode, though in the former he is your enemy and in the latter he could be your own character to take Slayer down. If you don’t know, Battlemode is a new multiplayer section for Doom Eternal that provides 2v1 matches where Doom Slayer fight against real-player-controlled demons. There will be five playable demons at launch.

In other news from QuakeCon 2019, we got nearly 50 minutes of gameplay footage for Doom Eternal that provides your more details on the game’s weapons, enemies, locations and graphics. Also, if you missed the original trilogy of Doom series, now you can get them on whatever console you have.

Doom Eternal will be released on November 22 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, PC and Stadia.
