Double Fine to Publish Knights and Bikes

Double Fine to Publish Knights and Bikes

Double Fine Productions has announced they’re publishing Foam Sword Games’ crowdfunded game, Knights and Bikes.

The cooperative action adventure game is headed by Rex Crowle (Tearaway, LittleBigPlanet) and Moo Yu (LittleBigPlanet, Ratchet & Clank), and takes place on a fictitious British island in the late 1980s. Featured above, you can view the latest trailer for the game.

Players will be able to take control of Nessa and Demelza as they explore the island via bicycles. You’ll be exposed to a story rife with mystery, treasures, and more – with the ultimate goal of saving the island.

Knights and Bikes is set to release for PS4 and PC sometime in April 2017.

Check out the Trailer:

“Similar to the way in which Devolver Digital games are instantly identifiable, Knights and Bikes looks like a game Double Fine might be interested in. “Wait, first tell me what they said about us,” said Double Fine’s Tim Schafer of the partnership. “Was it nice? Or just kind of okay? Because if I say something nice and then they don’t mention us, I’ll look really desperate.

“I’ll just say I love Knights, Bikes, Moo, and Rex, and that Double Fine is super happy to be presenting their amazing game, unless their quote was meh—in that case just make my quote the shrug emoticon.”
