Dr. Slump’s Arale Makes an Appearance in Dragon Ball Fusions’ Latest Trailer

The heroine of Dr Slump is one Arale Norimaki, and she recently made an appearance in the Dragon Ball Super anime series as a cameo (which wasn’t the first time she made a cameo appearance in the Dragon Ball series). And it turns out she will also be in Dragon Ball Fusions, as a playable character.

This bit of news comes from Jump magazine, which also reveals a brand new EX Fusion (which requires the Metamon ring): EX Towale (Arale + Towa).

Also, Jump magazine reveals that players will be able to create their own fusions with pretty much any characters, though it’s not clear how this will work just yet.

Dragon Ball Fusions is due out for 3DS in Japan on August 4.

Check out the Trailer:

“In Dragon Ball Fusions, you create your own character and select the race and gender of your character – human (male or female), Saiyan (male or female), alien (male or female), spirit warrior (male or female), and Namekian (single gender). Afterwards you and an in-game friend/rival ask Shenron, the Eternal Dragon, a single wish – to bring together the world’s strongest for the ultimate tournament! Shenron transports the two of you through time and space to a world never seen before! Dragon Ball Fusions is an RPG with an original story in development by Ganbarion. It is scheduled to be released by Bandai Namco Entertainment on August 4th in Japan to the Nintendo 3DS.”
