Fused Zamasu and SSGSS Vegito will launch as downloadable playable characters for Dragon Ball FighterZ on May 31, publisher Bandai Namco announced.
Fused Zamasu and SSGSS Vegito will be available as part of the game’s “FighterZ Pass” or as standalone purchases.
As for the profiles, Vegito is described as a versatile character with a variety of deadly techniques, including his trademark “Final Kamehameha” attack. Zamasu (Fused), on the other hand, is described as a technical fighter who overwhelms his opponent with his unique movement (in reference to his 8-way airdash, among other abilities).
Both characters have similar combat ratings with very high-rated traits. Where they differ most is in their ease of use, with Vegito (SSGSS) rated as SS, and Zamasu (Fused) with a B.
Vegito Blue was heavily teased as the fighter joining the game alongside Zamasu, with Bandai Namco US going as far as to use a series of digits that revealed Vegito’s introduction into the anime as bait for its many fans. Interestingly enough, Bandai Namco US isn’t the source that spilled the beans on the duo’s addition, but the Bandai Namco UK Twitter account.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

About The Game
The game uses a three-versus-three team battle system, allowing players to determine the compatibility between characters and form a team of fighters. It will incorporate the “ultra high speed battles” and “flashy special moves” that the Dragon Ball series is known for.
According to producer Tomoko Hiroki, while Dragon Ball titles of recent years have been 3D, they chose 2.5D this time because there were some things that can only be done in that style. While it looks like 2D animation at first glance, it has a broader range of expression as they can shift camera angles and incorporate a lot of unique production not possible in 2D alone.
