Dragon Quest Heroes II Opening Movie

Dragon Quest Heroes II Opening Movie

Square Enix just released an opening movie for their upcoming game, Dragon Quest Heroes II: The Twin Kings and the Prophecy’s End. The trailer not only shows new characters; it also highlights that some of the existing characters shall return for another showdown. The same can be said for monsters as well.

The video starts off with monsters engaged in war with one another, when suddenly some of them pick a fight with the heroes. This makes us believe that something has happened in the world which makes monsters go from being friendly to becoming vicious beasts; the same thing that happened in the game’s prequel. New monsters and characters have been introduced in the game, apart from the ones that shall make a comeback to this game, as well.

The game, for the first time in this series, will have the option of changing jobs, as well as support multi-player mode. Players will have the option of changing jobs whenever they feel like within the game, making it a feature to be used quite frequently. The best feature in the game, in our opinion, is the multi-player option which shall let gamers play through online co-op.

Dragon Quest Heroes II will release in Japan on May 27, 2016 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita.

Check out the Trailer:

“The CG scene shows off all of the game’s known playable characters, and for what it’s worth, we reckon that the whole thing’s pretty well done. As regular readers will no doubt be aware of, though, we still don’t have a Western release date for this action role-playing sequel. With any luck, we’ll get one once the game’s out in Japan.”
