In a recent tweet on the official Dragon’s Dogma account, Capcom announced upcoming updates for Dragon’s Dogma II that will be released in the near future. Notable additions and changes include a new option to start a new game when save data already exists and a quest that allows players to acquire their own house to save and rest earlier in the game. The updates will also add new graphics and performance settings. This includes frame rate, motion blur, and ray tracing toggles, along with quality of life updates. Lastly, the publisher clarified that frame rate improvements are planned for future updates. Dragon’s Dogma II launched on March 22 and is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam. Despite its mixed reception, the game has already become one of the publisher’s most played games and has achieved a peak of over 228,585 concurrent players on Steam.
