Techland is currently working on Dying Light 2 as its next project to launch for both current-gen and next-gen titles. The development team presented gameplay footage of the game at E3 2019 behind closed doors and now that extended gameplay is going to get live two days after Gamescom 2019 on August 26.
As confirmed by the official account of Dying Light 2 on Twitter, the extended gameplay for the game will be shared on August 26 at 8 PM CEST. We’ve previously received gameplay footage for Dying Light 2 a few days after E3 2019, but this one is a full version that had been shown behind closed doors. It’s being said that the upcoming gameplay will be playable as a demo version at Gamescom 2019 for attendees.
Techland’s sequel for 2015’s Dying Light has been promised to be bigger than the original game in case of the story while featuring lots of improvements in the gameplay. Including a new dialogue system that allows you to make decisions and affect the way the story ends.
Dying Light 2 is set to be released in Spring 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The next-gen version hasn’t received an exact release window yet.
