Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is an upcoming game created by Koji Igarashi, developed by Inti Creates and published by 505 Games. The game is a spiritual successor to Konami’s Castlevania series. It was revealed on May 11, 2015, and funded the same day via Kickstarter.

The Wii U port of the game was cancelled however, and replaced with a Nintendo Switch port.

The game is expected to hit PS4, Xbox One, Switch, Mac, PC, Linux, and PS Vita sometime in 2018 (with the latter version being developed by Armature Studio).

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is Iga’s first conceived the game after his departure from Konami, prompted by countless fan request to return to the Metroidvania formula.
