Electronic Arts has announced the upcoming UFC MMA game, EA Sports UFC 5. The game will launch on October 27 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The standard edition will cost $69.99 and a deluxe edition will cost $99.99. The upcoming game is powered by the Frosbite engine and features “advanced rendering capabilities,” all-new authentic damage system, and more. A reveal trailer was also released.
Nate McDonald, EA SPORTS UFC 5’s Lead Producer commented on the announcement saying:

From our Real Impact System that helps maximize the power of the generational hardware leap, to the enhanced lighting, detailed characters, strand-based hair and face animation system, every aspect is upgraded. Our collaboration with UFC delivers an unparalleled and authentic MMA interactive experience.”
UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski added:
