The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine will finally launch at the end of this month, over a year after the launch of The Witcher 3:Wild Hunt itself. The expansion has been eagerly anticipated by fans, not least because CD Projekt RED have claimed that it is their greatest work yet.
Another reason for the level of hype and anticipation around the expansion probably has to do with just how elusive and out of the public eye the damn thing has been. We haven’t actually seen or heard much of it since its announcement. Well, that has been changing lately, first with the 20 minute gameplay footage video that we got for it yesterday, and now with this new developer diary for it, which you can see below, which also includes some new gameplay footage.
The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine will launch on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on May 31. It is the final expansion for The Witcher 3.
Check out the Video:
“Toussaint is almost startlingly beautiful, and Geralt cleans up pretty well too. But naturally, all is not as it appears. The city of Beauclair was built on what you might call sub-optimal real estate, and that’s led to all sorts of problems—bigger problems than you might expect.”
