About F.E.X (Forced Evolution Experiment)
On F.E.X (Forced Evolution Experiment) you’ll take control of the experiment T1M a failed experiment on a facility where DNA experimentation to slow the aging process is being held. T1M as a failed experiment not only has a short lifespan, but it can age at will. So you have to get through the lab and find your way out before your time runs out or you get caught by other experiments that also managed to get out.
We took inspiration from a lot of games, but the most notable one would be Portal 2 (“Aperture Investment Opportunities” videos).
About NonFictional Games:
We’re a game studio founded in 2014 in Chihuahua, Mexico. We first started the studio because it was the only way I could get into the games industry (or so i thought) since due to financial reasons I was forced to drop out of college. Since I was living alone at the time I had to work as a waiter and also a tumbling and cheerleading coach (yes, that actually happened!) while starting to make games. I gather a group of friends and entered an incubator program which was really helpful. But my first founders leave the “studio” because it was all fun and games but as soon as we entered the incubator, things got serious, and they were not ready for that. While alone I managed to get 2 more people on board, and we started a different project, and we manage to get a government grant (which they took almost a year to give) and they were in need of money so they leave as well.
At the time I was alone (for a second time) I was depressed but I knew that I shouldn’t drop out of this. Fortunately my girlfriend helped me out and started to work for me. A lot of hurdles, a government grant, and 2 more teammates later we took the risk of making a new game, I thought that a completely new team could do a new game so after brainstorm we decided for F.E.X (Forced Evolution Experiment) and we have been working on it since. Of course there were a lot of trouble in the process, but we managed to “finish” it (you know, because it’s never finished to be honest).”
