F.I.S.T. Forged In Shadow Torch Release Spring 2021

Developer TiGames and Publisher bilibili released a new gameplay trailer for F.I.S.T. Forged In Shadow Torch during The Game Awards 2020. After the government attacks Torch City, former soldier Rayton takes the reins of the mechanical fist to fight back. Join the rebellion and unravel the mystery with Rayton, finding out a secret plot between the mafia and the legion (the authoritarian group controlling Torch City) as he goes further down the rabbit hole of conspiracy.Gameplay shown includes the titular F.I.S.T. being used, by protagonist Rayton, to move about the battlefield seamlessly. The action-adventure puzzle-platformer is proclaiming itself as a Metroidvania style game, with an interconnected game map itching to be explored. Find and master three unique weapons: the Fist, the Drill, and the Whip, all with their own move sets to dash around and be a nuisance for enemies. Every weapon is used for specific reasons and against specific enemies. The player must have deft skill over all the three weapons to successfully get through Torch City in one piece.  The game will be using the Unreal Engine 4 to render its environments, “pushing the genre to a whole new level.” says F.I.S.T. developers TiGames. Fight through the gorgeously rendered streets, alleys, and sewers of Torch City with devastating combos, fighting off multiple enemies at once. If the player is skilled enough, it is possible to keep Rayton off the ground for entire fights; constantly staying in the air like Dante. The combat in this trailer looks meaty and dense. F.I.S.T. Forged In Shadow Torch releases Spring 2021 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam. Gaming Instincts is dedicated to bringing its readers all the latest and greatest news, reviews, guides, and updates for all their favorite titles and more.
