Ubisoft has announced the release of a new update for Far Cry 5’s PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions which adds 60 FPS support when played on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The publisher also announced that Xbox Series X players will be able to play the game at 4K resolution, while Xbox Series S will run it at 1080p resolution. However, the PlayStation 4 version will only run at 1620p on the PlayStation 5. A new Next-Gen update trailer was also released.
