During EA Play Live 2020 the large publisher announced that PC players will have to wait until 2021 for experience the ‘blazing fast load times,’ controller haptics which allows you to ‘sense’ the impact of shots, tackles, and the like, and the ‘most authentic character behaviors ever seen in sports video games.’ This means that PC players won’t get a new FIFA this year.
PC players who are now looking for Konami as an alternative will be disappointed as the Japanese company confirmed that the next installment of PES is a seasonal update. Sadly for the “seasonal update”, the company also lost the licensing rights for A.C. Milan and F.C. Inter Milan.
We have made the decision to launch this year’s PES as a streamlined offering in the form of a “season update”. That being said, we are still extremely confident that this year’s game offers fans more than enough thrills to tide them over until our next-gen title is ready for launch.
FIFA 21
will launch worldwide on October 9, 2020, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC via Steam and Origin, Google Stadia subscribers will have to wait until the winter to get the game. EA Access and Origin Access Basic members will be able to try the game starting October 1st. All-Access members will continue to receive on-going benefits in FIFA throughout the season.
